The FONDAZIONE CENTRO PRODUTTIVITÀ VENETO (Veneto Productivity Center Foundation – CPV) was founded in 1955 as an association of public and private entities with the aim of promoting increased productivity through the dissemination of knowledge of the most up-to-date business organization techniques and production technologies. It promotes the following activities:
- training: In this context, he has extensive experience in the design and implementation of catalog or funded training interventions aimed at companies, young people, adults, disadvantaged people;
- hosts the PATLIB Center (Patent Library officially recognized by the European Patent Office), it is a center of expertise on the TRIZ (Systematic Innovation) and Kaizen method;
- manages the TMD Demotech technology transfer center in Schio (VI) and the Vicenza FabLab created in collaboration with some trade associations in the area.
Since its establishment, the CPV has been operating with a strong transnational vocation by promoting and supporting the design and implementation of initiatives funded in the context of European development, innovation, training and territorial cooperation policies. The institution has therefore gained many years of experience in the field of European planning by intervening as promoter, coordinator or partner, in numerous sectoral projects.
It possesses administrative capacity in the management of European projects with direct financing and under the Structural Funds. The International Relations Office, equipped with 2 full-time employees and administrative support, guarantees a good operational capacity in terms of quantity and skills. CPV has been participating for decades in European projects on various initiatives and programs such as ADAPT (1994-1999), Interreg Central Europe, Leonardo da Vinci, Grundtvig, Equal (2007-2013) and in the current Erasmus + programming and is currently the leader of an Italy Austria Project funded on the first notice in axis 1.
